Bellevue Condos

One Fourteen Pike is a pending project for a premier 13 story mixed used high rise. The building will be situated in downtown Seattle, across from Pike Place Market. One Fourteen Pike will feature 7 floors of boutique offices and 5 residential floors with one or two homes per floor.

The building will outline the natural features of the Pacific Northwest by incorporating natural materials including wood, blue-green glass, and natural stone. 114 Pike Street will also feature a rooftop landscaped terrace. More details will be coming soon.
